B.C. drought by the numbers: Vancouver, Victoria saw less than 10% of average rainfall since July

I count 19 extremes in the last 4 posts without expanding any quotes. Just what’s visible. That’s pretty….saturated. Maybe it’s just me but the word extreme has been so overused as to not be all that extreme anymore.

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

I don’t know if he’s a dic-tator but he’s some kind’a tater. Dude is already an international joke & he knows it as far as his reputation on the world stage goes. This inquiry is not going to help his reputation….but can it really hurt it more than it already is???

B.C. drought by the numbers: Vancouver, Victoria saw less than 10% of average rainfall since July

That’s extremely extreme…to the Extreme! Which place got 14’ of rain in seven consecutive days (extremists call that a “Week”)? I ask about the 14’ being the 24” per day & for seven days in a row referred to above… I’m not claiming anything is or isn’t normal, & I’ve been through a prairie...

B.C. drought by the numbers: Vancouver, Victoria saw less than 10% of average rainfall since July

…& that was the train of question, asked and answered. Nothing about 815 people in BC etc etc etc. “Extreme” as a word has become so overused in the last decade or more that it’s the butt of a punchline at this point, from Extreme Sports, to Extreme views, to Extreme weather events, to Extreme...

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

Yeah, and the injunction on the honking horns came into effect Feb 7th & was in place for 10 days (re Trauma re noise). On Feb 14th, Trudeau imposed the Emergencies Act. On Feb 16th (the day before the above injunction on the Honk-Honk would have expired), it was extended for another 60 days...

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

Not questioning the Legality of things, but there is always a best before day on these situations. The convoy protest made their point the first weekend when Trudeau went into “Selfie Isolation” and refused to meet with them like every other protest, etc…. Point made. Done deal. Time to go...

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

http://apple.news/ALu02DjEfTsS3ZUfYz5AtrQ OTTAWA – The Ottawa police commander overseeing the response to the Freedom Convoy said he already had a full plan and a fleet of tow trucks ready to clear out protesters the day before the Trudeau government controversially invoked the Emergencies Act...

B.C. drought by the numbers: Vancouver, Victoria saw less than 10% of average rainfall since July

14’ of rain in a week? 420+cm’s, 168 inches, in a consecutive 7 day stretch. That would be some kind of record I’m sure. Where did this happen?

I think that’s it, but it still comes off as greasy. It initiates a precedence that others, including Justin, can use to justify doing the exact same thing.

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

http://apple.news/AY6yj7p2MQgS_IyEYxSyaUw So, the first 1/2 of the link above answers the question of whether Ford, or Jones, are required to appear before the committee, and they aren’t. Whether they should is another matter, a highly political one. The real reason for this inquiry is to...

    Queen Elizabeth

To be fair, everyone knew the cost of housing Canada’s official delegation to the Queen’s funeral — which included former prime ministers Stephen Harper, Jean Chretien, Paul Martin and Kim Campbell, two former governors-general, Indigenous leaders and other notable Canadians — was going to be...

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

The head of the RCMP told a senior government official shortly before the Emergencies Act was invoked to address the convoy protest in Ottawa that she believed police had not yet exhausted “all available tools” to end the occupation, the public inquiry examining the government’s response heard...

Well, Westernesse are not “Foreign” influences in Canada at this point. Where were you on the night of February 19th, 2022? 😳 (above I meant the CBC as the source of OPP intelligence that CSIS did not have access to)

Public Inquiries into Emergencies Act begin September 19

The report provides no proof of foreign involvement, and does not indicate where the OPP’s intelligence came from. http://apple.news/ASKN-_Yu0SHu2F6ym8vVugg I’m putting a five cent bet on the CBC!! Takers? The OPP’s Feb. 19 assessment about possible foreign interference appears to be at odds...
