I would think anybody who calls himself a conservative would say "minimize regulation to zoning and building codes, and let the market take care of it."
Meh, just "mystreetism," as in "I and my street are the REAL country, and all them subhumans elsewhere aren't REAL citizens of a REAL country, and don't have rights or interests that we should care about."
Implies. Infers is what the hearer or reader does. Implying is what the speaker or writer or actor does.
Examples: You imply that I don't understand. I infer from what you say that you don't think I understand.
