In the Okanagan, where the weather is generally fairly stable, I'd give them credit for being 90% accurate on 72 hour forecasts, but that is a far cry from KNOWING what's going to happen in the future. There's just too many factors at play.

With regard to this "climate change", I think a smart person would be prepared for any eventuality, while being VERY leery of anyone trying to capitalize on it. Nobody in the world KNOWS what is going to happen beyond a 72 hour weather forecast!
