    the best burger is the one you like the best. right now, my favourite is on the new 'local foods' menu for the 'white spot'. chicken, brie, bacon, and apple, along with other tid bits, i had it for the first time A couple of weeks ago, and it is divine, and not small like their usual burgers.

    yep, if i had bought this hamburger in a restaurant, much different prepared by me. low sodium, grapeseed oil for cooking, becel mArgarine, low fat mayo, whole wheat keiser bun, no frys, not a dangerous burger at all. the apple pie, although it was small, was not a good choice.

    i made hamburgers, meatload mix, lamb/beef/pork, mixed with panco crumbs, parm cheese, eggs, milk/water, garlic,salt/pepper, italian seasoning. havarti cheese, tomatoes, onions, spinach,mayo, large keisers milk had burger about 3 oclock, apple pie coming about 8 oclock, also with milk.

    i sauteed mixed veggies, garlic, herbs, onions, in grapeseed oil, then i added some home cooked chicken broth, then added some gnocchi, completed it with a whole wheat bun, and one small english toffee candy for dessert. glass of milk (skim)

    i barbequed two 'rib eye steaks', they were divine, so tender and juicy, with steaks we had sauteed red peppers, onions, and mixed greens, in grape seed oil, garlic, salt and pepper. whole wheet bun, no dessert. glass of milk.

    i have coconut oil too, use it in our porridge supreme for breaky, and i also put it in the pets food a little dab at a time, it is very good for living beings, i don't cook with it though.

    i just add a bit to the oils to add flavour, the oils are the main cooking ingredient, i never cook only with margarine. olive oil has too much flavour to use it alone, grapeseed oil has no flavour to cook with it alone, so a bit of becel light completes the ingredients, not much is needed.

    i use olive oil and grape seed oil as well, i often mix the two when frying, as olive oil burns easily but the grapeseed oil doesn't, and i sometimes add a bit of becel to the two oils when cooking As well, adds a bit of flavour for certain foods.

    i've used 'becel light' for eons, also have some butter in the frig, its been there since xmas, guess i should do something with it, i'll give it my daughter. i don't bake much at all, just around xmas a little bit. don't have any use for butter, i like the becel just fine.

    many times, but that doesn't apply to the freezing situation, as it is a tough cut, and is cooked in liquid. that is the only way my mother ever cooked a roast, as anything else was too expensive, but the pot roasts are very tender and delicious, with the veggies and potatoes and gravy
