Eight beautiful horses,of the bucking variety,jumped to their deaths off a bridge-apparently frightened by a shunting locomotive.They were part of a large herd of horses being driven cross country to the Calgary Stampede. As an animal lover,horses especially,this is very sad.

When I drank,my summer favourite was Gordon's Gin with lime juice.It seemed to put the life right back into my dehydrated body. Now,it's just iced tea.Sigh!

The food doesn't taste abused to me..perhaps just a bit too greasy,tho :) I'm really doing a chicken strip fry sometime this PM and just adding rice and small veggies to the mixture[maybe even a potato.]
