    Death knell for AGW

Thank God this winter is nice. Being colder than Mars in Saskatchewan last winter really sucked.

What are you afraid of? Do you believe or do you have faith? If you can't answer that you lost the debate.

Cheers! PS you can use petroleum with synthetic. You can even buy semisynthetic blends.

Surface tension. Synthetic is excellent with a really low rating. (Dyne I think?). The lower the surface tension the oil has the less drag it creates on an engine but still meeting the high/low W temp rating and viscosity to meet today's high revving fuel efficient engines needs. I'm Pedro de...

I didn't watch but I'm assuming the used a graduated tube in a stopper inserted in an ehrlenmeyer? I have one here and graduated cyclunders, I'll do both side by side on video. The small tube is to make it more dramatic for school kids but we'll try it.

So what is there to worry about other than the unelected dictatorship based out of NY selling doomsday?

Zippy, why is pulling out of a cold rut going to ruin everything? Did everybody die when it was much warmer in our recent past?

But can you explain why were going back to normal instead of remaining cold? Huh? Huh? Huh? Hey now? LOL!

Was it a threat when seas retreated a few hundred years back? What preposterous notion made you believe it was to remain at the coldest point in the entire Holocene?

I'll admit I erred. Boil point was what I was thinking. But the CO2/temp correlation falling apart still stands as it is widely accepted. Same goes for the flatlined temps and diminishing irradiance.

    Our cooling world

I posted that to DaS as a " hey, NASA needs to learn your parlour trick". Why does NASA say warming has flatlined while gas and temp increases have parted ways? Do you remember me saying they've known that gas and temp corellations go their own way in previous interglacials or were you being...

    Our cooling world

In the 21st century, greenhouse gases have continued to accumulate in the atmosphere, just as they did in the 20th century, but global average surface air temperatures have stopped rising in tandem with the gases. The temperature of the top half of the world's oceans -- above the 1.24-mile mark...

Expansion decreases as pressure increases at depth. Every 100m adds another atmosphere of pressure.

At 22,000kPa water boils at 650K. Why?

    Our cooling world

I guess it is too complicated because expansion goes bye bye under pressure as does heat coefficiency. Water in you car radiator boils at 220F instead of 210F. Why?

    Our cooling world

You don't know that water is heavy? As depth drops the heat needed to get expansion increases exponentially. I'm sorry if it is too technical for you but that is not my fault. As of late we have heard that irradiance was behind our pull out of the maunder until just 30 years ago and then CO2...
