And, the 401 isn't part of it. The 401 is the busiest highway in North America, needing constant maintenance. The 407 toll road is a better highway......if you can afford to go on it.

It's a start. But the supply has to keep up with the demand. Solar and wind alone won't keep up, right now anyways. Maybe they will figure out some magic source for all this electricity needed by 2028, kind of doubt it though.
