    Edible Wild Mushrooms

I'm too much of a coward to try anything I wasn't completely sure about. Chanterels, Oyster mushrooms, are fairly easy to identify. Another thing about wild mushrooms is that they are gone so fast. Just before Christmas I ran accross a whole raft of Chanterels. I went back the next day and...

    Sunday Morning Breakfast

    Sunday Morning Breakfast

I go so far as to make "planned overs". I often cook a large pizza when Jan and I will rarely eat more than two slices and that leaves over half the pizza for at least a couple breakfasts..

    Sunday Morning Breakfast

Is anyone here partial to leftover pizza for breakfast? I love it. Leftover lasagna is also good. I guess the attraction is that you just have to zap it in the microwave for a moment or so and it is ready to eat....yumm

    Best sandwich ever!

That is good news. I've tried to grow them for a couple years and I seem to get enough fruit but before they are ripe they get blighted out....everything goes rotten. I was told by the guy at the big nursery that it was blight.
