I have to go and crash now. I'm feeling super sleepy. So I'm going to go curl up in bed with the dog and watch some tv until I fall asleep. It probably won't take long, lol.
Good night and talk to you again soon.
We were wondering if that's what Mike had at work, although he didn't have mono he did have a lingering virus that was really energy sapping. We don't share coffee cups or anything like that but we are constantly passing things back and forth, files and paperwork.
I'm not contagious now, the first time you have it you're actually contagious during the "incubation" period, which is actually about 30 days prior to symptoms showing up. My understanding is once it goes dormant, it usually goes dormant for years.
To all viruses. The virus itself goes dormant, but can become contagious sometimes in the future but you'll never get sick again....you just become a carrier. They say almost 95% of all adults have had this virus. It doesn't always develop into Mono though.
You're younger than I am, so you're not allowed to make old jokes. It's in the small print of the friendship contract. You should probably read through that.
Okay, let me know. Chris and Ryan are coming down the weekend of the 17th/18th because they couldn't come for Christmas, so that wouldn't be a good weekend, it'll be busy and I'll have to do a family dinner.
Take it easy there Santa Shiv, lol. I didn't do a lot of Christmas shopping myself. If it wasn't for the internet and my daughter, nobody would have had gifts this year! 8O
