I think Trump with his perfectly pegged asshole will require a gold bidet be installed along with a free manpon dispenser - of course they will be presidential-issue with gold threaded rip cords, totally flushable - for his leaky spacious sphincter.

Going hand in hand with 24 Sussex being rebuilt on time and on budget.
With this becoming a monstrous heritage rebuild… being on time and on budget Arndt even real considerations I would assume. I complete and total teardown and rebuild with modern materials. I would assume would be a fraction of the cost and much easier to come in on time and on budget.
Last I heard, that building was worth 7.2 million & needed 37 million in repairs (with some estimates of up to 100 million), and then they gutted it. Just knock it down, haul it away, and start over with something modern and up to code, forward thinking, with a budget of 1/2 of the minimum repair cost so $18,500,000.00 max…& a damn nice structure (they already own the land and it already has services running to it) can be put up to last for the next century or more.

Will the above actually happen though?
A document detailing expenses for 24 Sussex, obtained via information access law, shows that maintaining the building cost taxpayers more than $680,000 between January 2018 and June 2023. Those costs included elevator maintenance, janitorial services, boiler maintenance, the removal of a bees’ nest, pest control, roof repair and pool cleaning, and that’s just 1/2 the period that the building was empty.
