Last I heard, that building was worth 7.2 million & needed 37 million in repairs (with some estimates of up to 100 million),
and then they gutted it. Just knock it down, haul it away, and start over with something modern and up to code, forward thinking, with a budget of 1/2 of the minimum repair cost so $18,500,000.00 max…& a damn nice structure (they already own the land and it already has services running to it) can be put up to last for the next century or more.
