If I remember.
Basically, what happened was this. Guy has arms seriously over-enlarged. He gets an infection in his bicep. He thinks he can perform this procedure on his own(his ego was also over-enlarged). Causes more damage than otherwise would have happened. His arm looked like a deflated balloon! -
