Yeah, I've got a dark sense of humour too, because I look at your post about the sandwich man, with his creepy old style glasses, and I can't help but think he's putting out bait, not food. Maybe I need help. lol.
No worries about deleting them unneccessarily. With WMP, you can choose to remove it just from your Library, but it will remain on your computer. It would just lessen the "clutter" at the end of the list, that's all(since they're just duplicates and all).
I've been meaning to ask. I can delete all of those songs that are in the "Unknown Artist" section, right? They look to be just copies of the songs above(for example, a lot of them are Barenaked Ladies songs).
Never! Got to be careful with what you say here, you could get me in trouble! LOL!
Windows 8 couldn't be any worse. Also, I tried playing those songs I got via the card, and it looks like they won't work on anything except my own computer since it looks like Puretracks is kaput! Oh well, it's not like I can't find them anywhere else, right?
You'd be able to get them back easily enough, I'm sure. Besides, I copied them over into a different folder just in case.
I must say I'm not a fan of the version of WMP that Vista uses(and Vista is pretty crappy too). The version I have for XP (WMP 11) is much more intuitive.
Well, hopefully some banter at CC will help a little.
Also(I hate the location of the cap lock button!), my mom is going to give me a bottle of wine(they've had some good luck winning them at the past 2 White Christmas's at my dad's Lodge) to bring down for next time.
Not too bad. The nail is off on the bottom and the left side, but it is still attached on the right side of my finger. It should be gone soon. I installed all my old songs(about 20 of them wouldn't work since it said that I needed to be connected online for them to work...not sure if WMP needs to be updated or if it's due to them being a promotional giveaway from a few years ago. I could pick a bunch of songs for free from a site that I got from a card at EB Games. Similar to Itunes or Napster I think).
Also, I couldn't get the songs I got yesterday to load up. A few Motley Crue songs and a couple of Sex Pistols songs. Oh, I also deleted all of your music from WMP. I didn't like 'em.
Hey. Sorry for the delay. I ended up having to install Vista SP 2 onto the laptop, as well as the update for Norton. I also had the update for the Flash Player installed, but that was pretty quick. the SP one took forever to install!
