After watching Blindness, it got me wondering what would be worse, waking up blind or waking up deaf? I personally would rather lose my hearing. I can't imagine living in total darkness. I can't believe how most people take their senses for granted.

I would much rather lose my hearing than my sight. No comparison in my opinion.

You can still see everything, and imagine the sounds you used to hear, as you're moving
about, not the same when blind.

Our sight and hearing is very precious, we should treasure those functions, and take
care of them.

I'm with ya on this one. Just the thought of losing my sight makes me fell claustrophobic.
