Well now that the story is out about the Billions in surplus monies the Iraqi's have and the talk in the US congress of it being used to rebuild the country must be unsettling to the Iraqi politicians. They need those funds for more 20,000+ square foot villas in the desert. So now it is time for the intruders to move on. No more interference from the infidels with money issues.
