I missed you already... are you crawling away into a corner, just the two of you??? Is there room for me, between the two of you preferably!;-)

Yes , we are and I would say we have to be selfish in certain things, so we can stay alive and enjoy ourselves. Remember, we have a right to be happy! And we can hardly expect from another human being to carry the responsibility of having to make us happy!
:lol: Young and moaning for love, eh?;-) I know I'm selfish, because I would want to be loved back by the person I pour my love out to. If I don't get love back I'm rejected and that hurts!

Sorry, I thought you and China were still fairly young boys, perhaps around 22? So, you are actually over 30!!! You are still young, hariharan.... and so am I!! ;-)
You could put yourself to the test and find out for sure whether you are selfish or not next time you are madly in love with the girl of your dreams!
Along comes china!!:lol: He has also fallen in love with your dream girl and wants to marry her.
Watch your feelings, Hari! Are you feeling jealous and angry towards china? Or are you glad to step back and let china take your dream girl?
If the girl decides to go with you, because you are the one she loves.... would you be happy? Or rather sad, because you don't want to be selfish?

I hope you know about India and Indian cultural system. Here we don’t love a girl before marriage. Off course the trend is changing now and I can see lots of love marriages. But still arranged marriages are the dominant. I am a follower of my tradition and my marriage will be an arranged marriage by my parents. So neither I will be happy nor sad. If at all china and I happen to fallen in love with the same girl I WILL BE SELFISH;-). How did you post on my wall?????

No, I didn't know in India they still practice arranged marriages. So, you haven't looked for a wife yourself yet? That is odd, being already over 30 years old. My obvious question, are you still a virgin man?, you don't have to answer here - you could write me a PM or just skip my question.
I'm glad to read that you "WILL BE SELFISH;-)" and not let china take your girl away! At least you are a normal male!! Why are you following the traditional way? Are your parents insisting on it? What would happen, if you would not listen to them and would find your own wife?
I don't want to encourage you to rebel, because 50% of the free choice marriages fall apart again, because love went out the window, but still, to make your own choices and decisions should be your right as a grown man. Something so fundamentally impacting your life as choosing your mate, should be nobody else's business but your own!! Your parents looked after you while you were little, but now their job is over!!!
You must feel very lonely all these years without giving and receiving love. I don't mean just sex... sex alone is not love, but real genuine love that comes abundantly from the heart is the right love, it's the love to die for!!!
Maybe you will be lucky and the girl you have to marry will be the one who will touch your heart. Do you know already who she is?

I think people can selfish by nature or by education. And I don't think wanting love of someone is selfish. Just a natural reflex of love.
Here in India marriages are not just tying two of them.
Actually it units two families. Why I am following the traditional way? I feel comfortable and secured. No one is insisting on it.
I hope you don’t have caste system in Canada. In India still caste system is followed. It’s a great problem. Is Love marriages really helps removing caste system? Not exactly, either the boy or the girl is getting converted to another caste or religion. Another problem, I am pure vegetarian assume if I marry a girl who is a non-vegetarian. Either one of us have to adjust. I can say that I can adjust to the situation. Can I really be? I just don’t know. I am not sure until I really face the situation. Food is just an example. Like this there will be so much differences. If any one of us fails to adjust then the marriage will become a failure. So much difference between each caste. What if I love a girl of my own caste? Then it will be a love and arranged marriage.
In India when you are in a family you cannot think about only your self. Individual’s freedom is limited. You have responsibility after your family. My father was taken care by my grand father when he was young. My father took care of my grand father when he became old. Like wise I will be taking care my parents when they are old. Here in India if you are the head of the family means its not only power but sacrifice too.
I agree with that whatever I said is also possible with Love marriage. I chosen arranged marriage because I felt that is comfortable and safe. It is just my perception. If you don’t mind, what is your personal email id?
I have come across gals who gathered my attention. Did I really love them? I can’t explain. Its all-hormonal effects you know. It may be just infatuation also. Only after few years of my marriage I can say I really love my wife or not. Girl or boy when they are in love they only shows their best part. Am I completely wrong?
In arranged marriage my opinion is also included. I can really say no to a girl who was selected by my parents. I have got my own rights. I am not going to argue on which is best arranged or love marriage. I fell for me arranged marriage is best.
