That's what they've been doing. That's why I'm fed up and pissed off. The truth, is that I probably wouldn't have even gone this far if there hadn't been the escalation. But you know how things go. If you lay down and let them dance all over your face... They're not going to stop the music.

I'm tired of the song and the dance. It's time to bust up the disco and smash the jukebox.

I don't want to sell my story. When I beat them, I want to take off to a deserted island and spend the rest of my life in absolute solitude.

Oh, and I've witnessed Judges totally disregard the testimony of a cop. In one example that I witnessed in Traffic Court, the Judge asked the cop, "Did you do that?" The cop said, "Yes, but..." And the Judge would hear no more from the cop. She then focused her attention on the Prosecutor and asked her if she agreed that the cop had contravened a Section of the Act. The Prosecutor said, "Yes, your Honour, you are correct." And the Judge dismissed the charge. She wasn't interested in explanations. The cop did something wrong and that's all there was to it.

Judges are starting to catch on. If the truth be known, a judge will dismiss a cop's testimony ahead of nailing him/her for purgery. Another little thing they don't like us to know about is how it's unethical for an officer of the Court (your own lawyer) to expose the wrongs of Her Majesty's Law enforcers during the course of their duties to the Crown. Like they say: the law is an ass*ole.

No! At least, I really don't want to be.

Chin up. There are places on this planet where just a suspicion can earn you a bullet in the back of the head. It doesn't make it any easier to take when you're unjustly accused, but you know you'll come out of it alive....

Judges are starting to catch on. If the truth be known, a judge will dismiss a cop's testimony ahead of nailing him/her for purgery. Another little thing they don't like us to know about is how it's unethical for an officer of the Court (your own lawyer) to expose the wrongs of Her Majesty's Law enforcers during the course of their duties to the Crown. Like they say: the law is an ass*ole.

Unethical? You've got to be kidding! A criminal in uniform is no better than the common hoodlum. The only difference between a common criminal and a criminal with a badge, is that the criminal with the badge is ten times more arrogant and twice as likely to get away with the crime.

I can't see how any self-respecting Justice would think it "unethical" to get to the truth. I can't believe that a Justice would prefer a false prosecution proceed because it is "unethical" to point out that the cop is lying.

With all due respect, it pisses me off when people say that. I hate it when victims are told that it could have been worse. The reason is that it sounds too much like they're attempting to marginalize the crime. Victims don't want to hear that it could have been worse. Victims want to hear that they shouldn't have had to endure it in the first place. :roll:

Another thing I hate is when people suggest that the victim somehow benefitted from the crime. That pisses me off to no end. It's like you've been raped and people are saying, "Cry me a river... You got laid, didn't you?" Give me a f*cking break!

Courts aren't about Justice ... they're about conviction. Know a way to beat it? Don't take duty counsel or the Court-appointed mouthpiece. Represent yourself. Sure, you're going to lose - but you aren't bound by the same Code of Ethics as lawyers paid by the Crown. Then, you appeal on the grounds of inadequate representation. In the new trial, your allegations against the cops are already in evidence so your mouthpiece isn't exposing a thing. There are ways to fry them in their own fire.

Doesn't lessen the pain of the moment. From my perspective of today, I remember - the initial pissoffedness and, later, the satisfaction of handing them their asses. It all does come back to roost - in one way or another.

So, being wrongly accused sucks. Not much more I can say here about that.

Having been accused, the cops don't want to hear you protest your innocence, they want to find out if it is true. What else can they do? Everyone who is accused of something claims their innocence, the cops hear it all the time.

The cops get a call, "So and so is molesting children."
and you say," no I am not molesting children, so and so is out to get me"

I would investigate you too. How could I not?

People are wrongly accused everyday, questioned and released or charged based on what the cops discover. I can't see any way that they could proceed otherwise. If they did not investigate, people would scream bloodymurder.

Police are not supermen, not perfect, not all-seeing. They are given a difficult job and often a single mistake on their part will mean someone's life is ruined and possibly the end of their career.

On the first count I was ignored without grounds! Actually, there was grounds. It just wasn't legitimate grounds.

On the second count the police officer claims to have spoken to the accused. The accused allegedly said, "I didn't do it." The cop said, "That's good enough for me!"

I won't mention the third count because it would be revealing too much information.

Finally, the culprit accused me, and the cop said, "I was guilty!"

I was arrested and went to court! The lawyer I had told me that the Crown had offered a plea deal. I told my lawyer that I would not plead guilty to something I didn't do. I told my lawyer that I wanted disclosure. Never heard from my lawyer again until the day of the trial!

So I ended up at trial with a lawyer who sat on his ass doing nothing. I had no prepared defense. I had no disclosure! How do you think the trial went? Yeah, that's right! I was convicted of something I didn't do!

Get this. You know what my lawyer told me? He said, "If you get on the stand you're going to end up in the penitentiary. You're not big enough to go to the penitentiary!" You know what else he told me? He said, "The Judge already thinks you're guilty!"

Can you say railroad?

Here's where you say, "Well whose fault is that? You should have prepared your own defense and gotten a new lawyer."

But ya know what? That's difficult to do from a f*cking jailcell!!!

So I complained about the conduct of my lawyer with the Law Society... Guess who comes to my Lawyer's defense? That's right! The officer that railroaded me on the charge! Can you say conspiracy?

It's f*cking outrageous! And these morons think that I'm going to back down? These ass-holes are going to pay through the f*cking nose!

I wasn't saying that you were molesting children, I was using that as an example of how being accused of something horrible would cause the cops to investigate and during their investigation are likely to hear regularily from accused people that they are innocent. It is standard fare.

The cops cannot pronounce you guilty. They made their case for your guilt and the court agreed.

If during the investigation you start ranting and raving you are likely not doing yourself any favours. I am sorry for your ordeal, **** happens to good people all the time.

I won't pretend to know how you feel. I will suggest to you that many people (far too many people) are shafted by the "system" on a regular and on-going basis.

I'd like to hear more about your experience and think it entirely appropriate that you name names and pinpoint jurisdictions. The camoflage that protects Anne Mclellan Guliano Zachardelli and all the kangaroo courts is the pressure people feel to "deal with it by myself"...while the Crown the Kops and the entire judicial system will dig deep into the pockets of the sheeple to make sure they don't appear to have made a mistake or rush to judgment.....
