Why did Jesus wait to be resurrected?

One can say that Jesus performed miracles on those lines, but not only that, in the spiritual sense as well.

Just to cite certain scriptures can be misleading, but to cite them in harmony with the whole of Jesus' mission, and with the whole of the bible, one could clearly see why it is that Jesus had to come.

Why did the prophit feel the need to warn of this. It sounds like something I read about wave transmission I think, or particle deterioration. What that says is that souls decay in solar radiation. Where would they get that or why would they even think of it 1400 years ago?

When man dies, he will immediately cross to the next world of souls; because the death is the separation of the soul from the body. The soul is a true copy of the body.​

Man is weak during his life in this World; he cannot withstand much heat or coldness, thirst, hunger, etc. When he will die, and become an ethereal soul ( which is a true copy of the body), he will even be weaker, so that the sunrays annoy him, a faint wind will push him violently, .. etc.​

But in spite of that the soul of man is indestructable: i.e. he will not die again; because he is already dead.
The soul will live forever, and will not die again, and bodies will not be resurrected again; because no need for the bodies, after the soul has been formed inside the body, and become seeing, hearing and perceiving the pain and pleasure.​

God – be glorified – said in the Quran 87: 17​

وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى​

To God belong this material World and the next ethereal world of souls.
The period between man's death and the Judgment Day: This is called the Barzakh world.
Here –generally speaking- man will realize whether he has succeeded or failed.

• In case man was - in his Worldly life- a monotheist, does not associate others with God, and does not attribute son or daughter or equals to God, and he was righteous, working good work and avoiding the disobedience of God – this will immediately – go to Paradise of Refuge or Resort, which is a temporary one before the Judgment Day, then on Judgment Day he will be admitted to the Paradise of Everlasting (or the Paradise of Prosperity.)

• In case man was – in his Worldly life – a monotheist, and a believer in all the prophets of God including Prophet Mohammed, and a believer in all the heavenly books including the Quran, and he does not associate anyone whether Jesus, Moses, Mohammed, Ali or anyone else, with God; but this man in spite of being a believer, he committed many sins – such one will have his punishment fulfilled in this Barzakh world or after-death world: here he will suffer the punishment in many ways like hunger, thirst, fear of devils, or he may be imprisoned in his grave and spirits of scorpions and snakes brought to hurt him …etc until he will fulfill his punishment and set free; he then may return to his family [still living in the World], but they cannot see, hear or perceive him, and will be disturbed by various sounds, winds smells of kitchen or W.C. and he will despair of them. And some will go after the fulfillment of their punishment to the Paradise of Resort or Refuge, and live there prosperously and security till the Doomsday. God – be glorified – said in the Quran 5: 72

• In case man was – in his Worldly life – an atheist, an associater who associate others [like Jesus: considering him a son of God, or that he is God! Glory be to God, or one of three in one, and enthusiasting concerning Jesus Christ – peace be on him; or associating other prophets like Abraham, Moses, Mohammed, and saints like Ezra, Paulis, Ali and others] then angels - after striking his face and back - will leave him be, so that devils will come to torture him, mock him and abase him with various ways. Some of them will be cast in volcanoes which are some part of Fire; others will be captured by the devils with fetters and chains and punished with various ways with various tools of torture. Then when the Judgment Day will be due, these associaters and atheists and disbelievers will be admitted to Hell without judgment. Judgment will exclusively be for monotheists to be given their grades and ranks in Paradise. While the associaters will be attracted by Saqar's gravity and will remain in Hell forever.

If you're suggesting the Quran draws science's attention to things it's unaware of, I'd have to say that based on the examples you've produced in your several threads about such things that it's simply wrong. When religion and science come into conflict over empirical claims about the nature of things, religion has to yield, because it's not based on evidence and science is.

The Glorious Quran does not prevent man from investigating things; on the contrary God invited people to study the universe and its wonders; and there are a large number of such Quranic revelations; and see this one in the Quran 55: 33
يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ
The explanation: (O multitudes of genies [: demon-kind] and man-kind! If it be you can get out of the confines of the heavens and earth, then get out [of them!] Not without [Our] authority shall you be able to get out.)
And one of hundreds of such Quranic revelations, see this one in the Quran 15: 22
وَأَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيَاحَ لَوَاقِحَفَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ وَمَا أَنتُمْ لَهُ بِخَازِنِينَ
The explanation: (And We send forth the 'impregnating' winds, and We send down water from the sky, and We give it to you to drink, nor is it you [people] who store it up.)
Arberry translated its meaning: (And We loose the winds fertilising,...etc.)
This is because the wind spreads the pollens of the plant, and have an important role in melting the snow in some of the cloud to cause the rainfall.

However, there is no scientific evidence to support the claim the David Copperfield can actually make a Learjet mystically disappear, for instance. God's knowledge is absolute and infinite; it is He Who created the moon and the entire universe, as is it He Who revealed the Quran, the Torah and the Gospel. The Quran, being the most recent of these heavenly books, includes a tremendous knowledge concerning the universe that confirms the true science, and some that is superior to the present knowledge.

Do you know why some of the engineers of NASA, who went to the moon, converted?
A man who could go to the moon and put his feet there upon its ground, could only glorify God – be celebrated His praise. And this was what King Armstrong did.
