...I am solidly anchored on the solid rock which is Jesus Christ.
Good for you, except there's no good evidence your faith has anything to do with reality. There is no evidence you can produce in support of your position that doesn't admit of much simpler explanations and that doesn't apply equally well to any other god or gods that humanity has invented. I would assume that with respect to gods like Zeus, Jupiter, Baal, Marduk, Isis, Osiris, etc, you are atheist, in the sense that you don't believe those gods have any reality? In their day, those gods had followers just as convinced as you are, and they had no better evidence than you do. You produce nothing but arguments from authority, usually citing scripture, or arguments from personal feelings, both of which are logically bankrupt and easily refuted. Faith is, by definition, belief without evidence, and sometimes completely contrary to evidence, which in my opinion is a completely lame basis on which to think anything is true.

There is no good evidence in support of your position, look. I think you are totally and completely wrong, and I can produce much better evidence and arguments than you can, and have often done so here and elsewhere, to support my position. But I have no hope of ever convincing you you're chasing a chimera. You know what you know and refuse to be confused by facts.

Consider this, for instance. What do you think would happen if every Christian like yourself simultaneously earnestly prayed for the remission of all cancers? Would we see a sudden decline in cancers? No we would not, and you know that as well as I do. Why do people continue to pray for the remission of cancers in loved ones, but nobody prays for an amputee to regrow a severed limb? It's because science tells us the latter just doesn't happen among humans, we know it's impossible, but cancers often spontaneously go into remission and that's enough to convince some people that their prayers were answered.

You have no grip on the way things really are, look.

But if she does exist, she's definitely female, or insane. Or possibly both.

A male god would have...

That is probably THE most flawed premise I've heard on here in a long time. Only a male would have neglected such a crucial detail. Any woman would have saved her and her kin some sanity by making the 'chore' as easy to accomplish as possible. Have you EVER heard women talk about housework or exercise? It's almost always all about ways to make it more enjoyable and quicker to accomplish. Trust me on this.

Why would one say that God is male or female? Is it because we are either male or female and so think that God is either one?

I have to refer to a story in the bible about a wife of seven husbands.
You will have to read what was being asked of Jesus:Mat 22:23 to 22:32
Mar 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
Mat 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Note: (By the way, for those who question my placing bible scripture in red, is just out of respect for the bible as the word of God..)

Marriage, male and female is only and earthly thing, not heavenly, so gender makes no difference in heaven.
What is important in this life, whether male or female, is that we acknowledge God as a provider, protector and comforter while journeying through this world.

What God? The God of love and compassion, which respects the sanctity of human life.

I can see the rebuttal right now before I even post this post, it would read something like this; "God in the old Testament wasn't a God of compassion" of to which I will respond: Mankind brings upon itself it's own destruction as witnessed by the cycle of rebellion, forgiveness, of the people of Israel.

What this example of theirs show, 1. is that as long as they followed God's principles, God kept their enemies in check, but when they rebelled, God allowed the enemy to prosper over them.
And 2. that without God as the protector, provider and comforter, we are left to the worlds mercy.

How merciful is the world? The world as a whole is unmerciful, only the few who have Godly type of love make the world a little bit better for some.

For me, God has no sexuality but has both male and female attributes (sort of a yin yang thang)

But asking what his religion is is like saying who does the criminal answer to in a lawless society.

Religion is created so someone other than our petty selves is responsible/accountable. If there is nobody above god, he can have no religion. He has the right to be either a good citizen or a criminal in a lawless society. He makes his own rules.

That's what I love about Wicca. I speak directly to the god/goddess idea and am given my response directly. I don't have to go up the chain of command. God and I work things out between us directly based on the situation and the infinite wisdom and love that I believe my god to have.

I would like some testimonial about how you are answered directly if you please?

you keep saying proof this and jesus the mesiah that and proof .....

Sorry but there is nothing in the words you quoted from the bible that is proof that jesus is the mesiah.. You might believe that and flog it to death it seems but the words you quoted, which to you should be considered Holy, so interpreting them the way you do is Blasphemy...Who are you to make this huge jump from the words in red to your proofs......
I know you prolly got a whole congregation of blasphemers to back you up ....but show me word for word simply put where you get the leap from the words
This is why belief in God is called faith.

Taken into account! I am as like a lamb for the slaughter, as like my Savior. To share the love of Christ in word and action not always meets with favorable replies, but if someone, just one person who would listen; I know that persons life would be changed forever.

Christ understood the magnitude of the burden of sin placed on the flesh, therefore, He demonstrated unmerited compassion and forgiveness for our souls.

Likewise, understanding the heart of Jesus, one shares in His sufferings.

Sadly, I too was a solipsist for a really terrible period in my life. So naturally, I had thought about it. Solipsism is really depressing by the way. Thankfully I got out of that phase.

sorry to hear that, lil more on that in a sec.

"My mind is the only thing that exists", from God's point of view it's perfect....Taken from the standpoint of Quantum Physics would work rahter nicely as well ;-) .

*cough*
Alchemists when discussing haveing any sort of meeting/touching upon/ true realization with God always warn of the inevitable depression to follow *cough*....

I presume that's a euphemistic way of telling me you believe I'm going to Hell for eternity? My intellect and my powers of reason and logic, which you would no doubt tell me are god-given, tell me that what you call the Word is mostly BS. I'll take my chances and trust my own judgments ahead of the pronouncements of a Bronze Age text whose authors lived in a pre-scientific and mostly pre-literate culture.

I hope to render his comments to that of personal persecution for the sake of the gospel of Christ.
Not towards any condemnation of souls.
According to the bible all souls are condemned so that all souls might be saved. So salvation is in place but must be sought after.

If found, one can be considered (Reckoned) saved from the lostness of what onces was, as a consequence of the existence of the flesh.

So, personally, I may suffer persecution (Ridicule)of words and or actions of those who may not understand what I believe and want to share with others.

To educate and not condemn, is the choice preferred.

Once again look, your logic escapes me completely. "...all souls are condemned so that all souls might be saved?" I have not a clue what that could mean. God condemns us all so he can then come along and save us from his condemnation of us? That makes no sense at all to me. Why not just not condemn us in the first place?

It's a valid question.
not really. only humans have religious affiliations. i am not particularly religious, but it is not realistic to even postulate.

it would also depend if there is only one god.
if there are other gods, then he would be polytheistic, and it would rule out almost all of the religions of the western world ...:?:
