Dinning Alone

What a screwed up day. Talked the shrink out of admitting me for a few weeks. I'll have to go in for 10 days next month. She took me off the sleeping pill slowly and we'll try something else after Im off it. She set me up for a CPap and hopely I wont be sleeping 12 hours and crying the other 12. We'll see.
My friend in England has been moved to another country so the little info I was getting will now stop. Talk about suppressed angerlol I feel like a timebomb waiting to go off.
Dinner finally got done. I made another roast and cut some of it up for a REALLY yummy stirfry
1 onion sliced
2 cups froz broccolli
1/2 bell pepper
8 0z of the roast (it was a 2lb roast)
2 TBS margerine
fry onions and broc til tender add meat and lastly bell peppers (I like them crunchy)

Bruce's Dad died (my friend since 5th grade). I cant make it to the funeral its in Mass. but maybe we can meet tomorrow, Him and Fum (his Mom) will be going through town tomorrow. Their is SC tonight (coming from florida) and their taking 95 all the way up so maybe we can have lunch.

Not bad. Not catching as many fish as I would have liked. Been getting a bike ride in every day. Still a risk of frost may have to hold of on most of gardening for another month. Probably should have taken a week off in May not April.
Got a new cleaning wench living with me. I should open up Rom's House for Wayward Young Girls. he's my hairdresser, drinking buddy and golf partner. She has to worst taste in men. Losers and abusers. She can stay for summer while she pays off debts accumulated by ex when he did not pay to rent and bills.
WOO HOO a clean house and free haircuts for the summer.

I have to tell you guys, i'm a genius:
I just put together a sauce from cashew butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, lemon grass and chilli. I'm going to have it on red snapper fillets
