If the U.S. is supposed to be leaving Iraq, how come they are building new permanent military bases?

Don't worry,the next us election will be on bring the troops home or not, the one who will be elected, will promised to bring the troops home and will be a republican, then he won't be able to do it, because of a terrorist attack, then 4 years later, the same one will promised to bring the troops home and will be re-elected again, and so on , you might think this is completly crazy??

Nixxon was elected twice on the row on the promise of bringing the troops home from the vietnam war.

Us troops will maybe come back after 30 years or more, when there is no more oil.
