Classic kickoff to the camping season this weekend with overnight temperatures hitting -3. Makes me laugh to think of those that would have ended up sleeping in their vehicle with the heater on. Rain in our area will kill any enthusiasm for staying another day. And not the first time this has happened.

No garden for us with a move coming. Good prices on the toms.
I didn’t know about this cause I don’t do Facebook, but apparently there’s this….

Twice a month thing, Lisa follows it on Facebook, and it’s a run out of the side of what used to be the Hideaway Restaurant, and they sell vegetables out of there, and it’s inexpensive and it’s damn awesome!!

Came home with grapes that I thought were small plums, biggest ones I’ve ever seen, & a bag (a dozen) of avocados for $15. It’s in that white afterthought piece that was the take-out add-on in days gone by.

Bags of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, and all kinds of good stuff, and apparently they blow these things out cheap cheap twice a month. Something to keep in mind if you’re not planting a garden this year.

Been going there now and again for a couple years now. Shelly bought cases of toms, mangos and peppers 2 years ago. Do you have any idea how much mango salsa I've had in the past two years?
