What can our forces train the Ukrainians in fighting ? Maybe we had expertise into the 1960s but since have continually downsized , any experts we had have long since retired .
So we have no equipment for a shrinking army but have the expertise to train foreign forces . Sounds like a stretch to me .

No . We obviously have the best military trainers money can buy . I also hear we are peacekeepers not war makers .
