If our Fed cops can be hacked ....

They went for financial in Movember..

Toronto, Ontario, Canada – November 25, 2023 - As an update to our November 21 statement, Moneris recently experienced an attempted ransomware attack. The incident did not affect our payment processing environments which continue to remain secure.

Our dedicated team of cyber risk experts took action to ensure this incident was quickly identified and contained.

We now know that the unauthorized third party gained access to and has released certain business information such as Moneris Merchant IDs and locations, issues logs, internal training materials, and names and postal addresses related to legacy gift cards.

We continue to work with our team and third-party cyber experts to analyze and assess the information that was accessed and take appropriate mitigation actions.

You forgot politicians.

Actually if it wasn't for having to pay taxes to support public sector lifestyles it wouldn't be that bad. Grey Owl did okay without most of that stuff. White Otter Castle guy was another.

Our taxes dont pay for fuck all. We run on bond sales to print cash.

Grey Owl was a wanker that couldnt get laid and never had Tinder.

Could do without schools for the $25 billion it costs Ontario every year. Let community clubs administer sports rather than high schools.

All that bureaucracy is about the jobs more than what the jobs are supposed to be about. Doesn't matter that the kids need 5 more years of university

My municipal taxes pay city wages and pensions.

Hearing A.I. has been accused of racism and another garbage in / garbage out novelty with strong opposition in some quarters that won't matter in the long run.

Curious if anyone has ever been influenced to the point of action by a pop up ad? Read the book yourself as far as learning goes. How is less of a problem than what imo.

Those are the ones with the minty flavour.

Can also say there is little to no correlation between taxes paid and services rendered. If I stick a $3 tag on the bag they do collect my garbage. Recycling is free.
