As much as I loathe trudeau, I have to go with putin, Tec. Mind you they both have a lot in common.
I have as close to no use for True Dope as makes no difference.

Canada has not imported any “crude oil” from Russia since early in 2019, but it does import refined oil products, but that’s not being affected with Trudeau’s statement of banning “crude oil” from Russia.
