Why now? It wasn't inadequate and in crisis prior to Cooties19?
OK, since COVID began.
Perhaps it is in crisis as a result of the 3 million people that got the "cooties19"?
So sad that you cannot figure things out for yourself and have to have everything explained to you. You should;d seek help for your learing difficulty :)

It's was adequate prior to Cooties19? People weren't dying in ED hallways? Staff wasn't bailing out in droves?

Are you actually saying COVID has put the medical system in crisis and something should have been done to alleviate the crisis??
Are you admitting COVID is the issue?
Yet, you are against any type of intervention to contain it?

I'm saying it was in crisis long before covid.

Why do I say that? Awareness perhaps?

The healthcare system has been shitty for years. Waste at the top tiers account for most of it. If our tax dollars were spent on the front line rather than administration, things would be much better......Ya know that ain't gonna happen.

When the initial wave hit, they said they did not have ICU capacity thus they needed the lockdowns. Fine. Almost 2 years later they have done nothing to improve the capacities and now they are in the midst of another lockdown? They had their chance to "flatten the curve". Now its time to move on.
