Themselves. Right now with lumber prices off the charts and oil at a fair price, they aren't starving that's for sure.

The resources they are sitting on in the Western Canadian boreal is mind blowing. Multiple glaciations have shaved off ancient volcanic mountains 3X higher than the Himalayas.
Its by far the richest piece of real estate on this planet.
Poke around on Google a bit on Sask and Manitoba geology. Amisk volcano, formation of the Trans Hudson Orogen minerals and the minerals of Carswell structure and Hoidas Lake.
They have all the loan backing they need.

None of those directors and company officers are thats for sure .

Certainly , but they can only develop the land with outside capital . Who will win other than that outside capital and the fat chiefs at the table ?
I have and therefore know and understand that most if not all there monies come from the government , which means you and me . However you slice it the end result is the same . Notice none of those chiefs appear to be missing any meals , some of them even represent improvised tribes .
