I used to think he was fairly intelligent but his combative manner of late has got me to wondering.
I wouldn't jump up and down and say that. In the I.Q. department, I would guess he's pretty close to being your equal!
To his defense you have to admit a lot of people have addressed him as "pigs" which apart from being totally ignorant would be sufficient reason for some of his deportment.
In light of the colorful labels he has assigned to me since I jumped into the mix on these forums, there are those who would assume I'd be hard pressed to defend him but I do think name calling is pointless in any situation so if that's coming to his defense, so be it. If it is a reason for his depaortment it's a poor one, but that's one person's opinion and likely will not be of any import to him.

History doesn't bear that out. Reagan died in 2004, 19 years after starting his second term. How many people last 19 years with dementia comparable to a 'house plant'?
