What he "was" has no bearing on whether or not the cop had the right to shoot and kill him. He's been charged, now we wait and see if the courts agree with those charges or feel that he acted properly.

Actually Brooks state of mind means a lot and his past..

Brooks was released because of COVID-19, if arrested he was going to go back to prison. So he resisted and fired a taser at the officer..

His past is extremely relevant.

You can see in the video where he turn an shot at the police officer.. all within a few second the cop fires as he turn back around and get a couple of round in the back..

He was out because of COVID-19 to abuse the child again.. and it was her birthday, but not important enough to stay sober.

The guy was scum.. and anyone who defends this guy that has several convictions is equal in character of just fukking stupid.

Nope, but I'm definitely not going to defend a cop that shot a suspect in the back when that suspect was 15-20 feet away from him. When the cop was obviously not in immediate danger. When the cop does not have the right to be judge, jury, and executioner. You defending him, says a lot about you.

The cop will get off, and Atlanta will burn.

But if he is really smart, rather than being the sacrificial lamb for this stupid BLM BS.. he should fukk off to Costa Rica or some country without US extradition and give the finger to the USA on the way out.

Shot AT the cop from over 15 ft away. He didnt hit him. So, again, the cop was in no danger.

As for Atlanta burning, I'm sure that that is exactly what you are hoping for.

His body twisted, he is clearly shooting at the Police Officer.. then the cop fires back within 2 seconds, Brooks turns back to flee more.

He had stolen his partners taser, unaware that it had already once been fired, the officer believes that he could shoot again..

Justified.

David Kessick (White) was shot twice in the back as he lay face down in the snow by the same cop who was tasering him at the same time. She was acquitted by a Grand Jury. David Kessick was not armed.



By the way, not too long ago cops in the US f*cked up another raid, hit the wrong house, went in with guns a blazin', ended up hitting one of their own and then tried to blame the homeowners, who were White.


Funny how it's only racist when cops do shit like that to Black people though. Must'a been more o' that excited delirium that's all the rage for excusing cops killing people who aren't Black.
