That is no way to treat an American President no matter how much he descends into madness. Trump was elected by the American people. Presidents are elected because they reflect the values and hopes of the people. The pursuit of madness is an American Dream. It is defined as American Exceptionalism. Trump exemplifies this American Exceptionalism. When Trump announced he was building border walls to keep Americans in, it was received just as well by the world as when Kennedy launched a mission to the moon promising the rest of Americans would follow shortly and settle there. Trump gives the world a reason to hope the American Dream is still alive.
