That's from someone who comes from a country which once had a policy of sterilising Indigenous women.

Never denied that and never will and except it as dark chapter in our history and remember we were part of the empire.

The difference is that people like Blackshirt and Moosie think killing, enslaving, and sterilising non-whites is a good thing.

There's at least some hope for Moosie. His desperate dodging, ducking, and lying at least shows that he recognizes how disgusting his beliefs are.

Given to Ukraine as a wedding gift

Besides Ukrainian Cossacks won it for Russia from Turkey

Gosh........I would not want to nag at people...........

but Ukraine is a LEGITIMATE COUNTRY!

And at various times an INDEPENDENT Ukraine CONTROLLED CRIMEA!

The only reason we are having any discussion of Crimea at this time is because Vlad Putin and his THUGS

DO NOT WANT TO SHARE anything with a foreign power - and especially NOT with a WEAK ONE like Ukraine!

Russian thugs re-wrote the Ukraine border using tactics much more sophisticated than Hitlers Panzer troops!

Well you weren't merely part of the empire. It's the British Empire which created Canada.

I’m not really getting that impression.

Seems like it’s more of a “my people were oppressed too so why are the blacks whimpering about it” type of thing.

You're just as racist, but against different people that we're racist towards.

Statues and context are two things that only matter when it suits the Leftwaffe, says our favourite Welsh ex-British soldier..

What it comes down to is that there isn't a single "race" that has its hands clean when it comes to the slave trade. This especially is true for "blacks". Different African tribes and nations have profited greatly through the slave trade. They sold captured Africans to Arab muslims for 13 centuries before taking on Europeans as customers for 3 more centuries. Far more died making the trek north across the Sahara over the centuries than those that died in slaver ships crossing the atlantic.

Certain north american first Nations practiced slavery before European contacts aswell as the Aztec and Incan cultures of south and central america.

To blame "whitey" for slavery is racist in and of itself.

Where have I said anything that remotely reads like this? I have said that the treatment of Floyd George was wrong. You started off on a tangent about righty tighty whitey and how they mistreated people of color

Nope showing that not only Black and Natives were treated like subhuman, besides the Ukrainian slave situation was Brown on White.

True, I take back my earlier comment.

It was stupid and not thought through properly.

You're right.

Lefties only seem to think that only whites kept slaves. That's bollocks.

In the 17th Century, the southern coasts of England, Wales and Ireland were terrorised by Barbary pirates from North Africa (which isn't that far away from us) and they captured and sent into slavery many of the people of these coastal communities.

What do you mean "history"? Its still happening and people have devoted their lives to ensure it keeps happening.

Brittany asked each of us in the audience to stand, and repeat back the words of Assata Shakur: “It is our duty to fight for our freedom. It is our duty to win. We must love each other and support each other. We have nothing to lose but our chains.” As we enter the fourth night of protest against police violence across the country, Planned Parenthood
