Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

Humans being as they are tend to put their family and friends first. I would rather my parents and my siblings and my grandmother and my cousins and my aunts and my uncles and my friends get British medical equipment and medicines before Artyom in Kazakhstan does.
Beyond the people we love we tend to see the next priority as being our fellow countrymen.
Pattanapong in Thailand and the Waltons in Virginia are way down the list.

Well now, see. Now we can have a conversation, you're okay now right? It's good.

Yes people do tend to put their families first, granted. I get that. So I suppose that if (as I challenged you in a previous post) your loved one was in need and a neighbour could fulfill that need you would seek that out, correct? You would do anything to save your loved one. You would ask for help. And if that help came to you from a neighbour and later down the road that neighbour was in need of something you had for a their loved one, you would reciprocate, yes? Of course you would. I mean unless you're a cold hearted bastard which you might be, I don't know you from Jack but I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

And I repeat, at no time did I nor did anyone else here, suggest that a country deplete its own resources to come to the aid of another. In working collectively it can only benefit everyone as differing needs arise in various countries. Is is not then in everyone's interest to come together and help one another, if possible, at a time like this? And yes, beyond my family I want my fellow countrymen to be safe, I want my first responders and food suppliers etc to be safe and well taken care of, of course I do. If that means a fair and reasonable back and forth of resources between countries to assure that, then that seems reasonable to me.

So, angry fist shaker black hair parted on the side 1/4 stache guy still not ringing any bells?

LOL .mine grew a lot this evening. Fun fun fun ona Sat nite.......remotely ;-)
What if we all get so used to this .......that we become anti social in the real world when it opens up again. . Oh for some retail therapy..:)

Mine grew a lot as well, spring is in the air for Walter I guess, he's rather spry tonight. I'm already somewhat anti-social so I'm good with that. But retail therapy would be great beyond TP and canned goods.

Yeah, bashing Canada and trying to keep N95 masks from making it here by way of strong arming 3M. Funny that now he finds himself in the position of having to ask India for the drug hydroxychloroquine, which India is a chief producer of, and which India has banned exports of. He even threatened 3M on his latest non informational kiss my ass and praise me presser today. Speaking of kissing Trump's rather generous ass, I wonder if the My Pillow guy was there today.

The more his name is spoken or even thought of the bigger impact on the Universe.

It's why I rarely use his name or think about him.

Okay I'm a little gun shy tonight considering what I read earlier relating to another poster and his proclivities for porn. Not that I'm a prude by any stretch but I care not to see what "gets him there."

That said, is it safe to click?

Yep, some things are best left to the imagination or not! :)

Re: COVIDD-19 'Pandemic'

It has been said by past members of his administration that he was/is grossly under qualified for this position, but they were reluctant (at the time) to say anything for fear of the backlash. He doesn't just seek to troll people on Twitter, he looks to destroy lives, threaten and intimidate. The documentary of his golf course in Scotland is a prime example of the lengths he will go to steamroll over anyone who dares get in his way.

Many Americans I believe are merely uninformed when it comes to this man. They simply watch and believe state run media outlets like the prime time line-up on Fox News, which can only be described as the National Enquirer of journalism. And the rest listen to misogynist, racist, homophobic Rush Limbaugh. I truly believe most of his base take what they hear there to the polls and don't look past those sources to get a more rounded look at this guy.
Of course the qualification for the job is to be all seeing and all knowing. Omnipotence and nothing less .

No reasonable person would find fault with that!

Well you may hold politicians to that standard but I certainly don't. No, what I look for in a leader is to be level headed, consistent, moral, honest, have integrity and be a good communicator. I look to them to be strong where needed and willing to bend when it's for a greater good. Of course politicians are only human and will falter from time to time but will often recover in a way that is both humble and gracious. I see very few if any of the aforementioned traits in Trump.

You think about others thinking about him. Think about that.
