I know lots of working-class people who are smarter'n a whip. Heck, I used to be one.
You're not one of them. You're a working-class lager lout who, purely by coincidence, is thick as two planks.
Congratulations on the forklift license. Good luck with your arduous study on the flexi truck.

I'm cleverer than you.

I'm a lot more intelligent than you, as well, you snobby c"nt.

I can tell that by your lack of rational and intelligent discourse and your sheer inability to get the better of me, a person of higher intelligence than you.

Seems that all this has to be upsetting for everyone.......regardless of which camp one is in. Any form of confusion or chaos at top government levels is a problem for everyone. It also leaves a nation vulnerable.....and if one wants to remain in a positive bargaining position........of strength......perhaps a different tactics is called for. The UK has overcome a lot and has a long history.....of change and challenges........It will over come this too. You are watching history unfold...& that itself is momentous.

Nonsense. It's been a real knee-slapper for me!

Sure thing. Whatever.
You do realize that before long some Labour PM will try the proroguing stunt, and you'll be arguing the exact opposite of what you're arguing now, right?

Proroguing has happened many times before, you slug-brained spaz, and I've NEVER complained about it. It is - or was, before the Supreme Court changed the law this week - a perfectly normal, routine, thing.

John Major did it not once but TWICE - in 1992 and 1997 - but that didn't stop the fossilised hypocrite supporting Gina Miller's Supreme Court case.

I find watching stupid people receive the consequences of their stupidity quite amusing.

C'mon, ya gotta admit this has been one massive cluster-f*ck from the git-go.
that is why I refer to it as a major mess. Like yourself....I follow these major situations......and it has been so badly mishandled that it reflects on the nation itself. But if find it kinda sad...... just as I find the whole mess with TRump.......just very sad........I hate to see good nations being led by ineffective leaders who make a mess of things.......We have no way of knowing how far the repercussions will go.....or how this Brexit thing will end up. With every major change.......there are losses.........and one can only hope that it finds its own balance in the end.

I've got far worse things to worry about. Like the demolition of British democracy.

If democracy can be destroyed in Britain it can be destroyed anywhere.

Not that it'll bother you.

Things are very similar to when the Stuart establishment in the early 17th Century decided that the people and democracy don't matter and they'll do whatever the Hell they please.

That resulted in a bloody civil war.

You are right....... it can happen anywhere..... and all it can take is one man without any skills of governing..........and no regard for the constitution. The republic in the US is being tested at the moment......and we are just beginning to see how much damage has been done. Hopefully the impeachment inquiry will provide the information lacking......and the information that has been deliberately obstructed from the public . But I digress.

It makes no difference if boris lied to the queen or not.

There are only certain reasons for prorouging and clearly boris did not have such a reason

It is her job to know that

According to one court it was perfectly legal.
