After yet another penalty against the Riders after they lost precious seconds conceding a single - they will start their own 5 yard line.............long field and not much time to get two points to tie or a FG to go ahead...........................

Manny gets a new set of downs.............Cody gets us about 6....................Willie gets us the D and more..............Rosie gets us another 1rst D................Manny gets us 1...........2nd and 9..................Zach gets us the D.............with 1:11 left...............Willie gets us inside Bomber 40...........man I am really quite impressed with this march by the Riders from their own 5.................Willie gets us way into FG range..............huge run by Willie................Willie gets us inside the 20 with :16 left..................Brett nails the FG and the Riders win........I am so beyond thrilled and happy......what a great game .............Cody named Player of the game........25 of 39 and over 300 passing yards...........the kid showed the composure he needed to at the most crucial moments..............well done Riders!!!!!!!!!!!!

Riders are now within 2 points of the Bombers who sit first in the West. The Banjo Bowl will decide who graces that spot after the final play.

Awesome game.

God bless the TSN Go app.

Mistakes here and there but I think we are hitting our stride at the right time, pete. Only two points behind Winnipeg now and the Banjo Bowl will be for first place. Someone has to tell Dickenson to keep his head-phones on and the dangers of really early challenges. He got lucky today as he didn't need another challenge and the loss of the time-out didn't hurt the team. I continue to be impressed with how composed Cody can be at really stressful moments. The kids the real thing, pete. Our defense had some extremely porous moments but were solid for most of the game. STs still need some work but JR was more on target today though I don't know why he has such trouble with nailing the corners - still he pinned the Bombers deep at crucial times so there is that. Couple of drops by our receivers but that can be rectified. All in all, I am well pleased with the efforts of the team and coaches. And, I really must compliment McAdoo on his offensive schemes. I railed against him last year so am very happy to see he leaned how to draw up successful schemes in the off season.

Supremely happy camper today.

Hitting your stride by barely beating a team with no quarterback or running back? Your stride leaves a lot to be desired

Yup. Fujardo makes me think Zach who? I'm glad he's gone. Unfortunate way but that's life in football.

Yes McAdoo has gotten his shit together, ultimatums are inspiring.

Cats are taking a beating at the hands of the Boatmen today - they are behind 24 - 11 at the start of the 3rd Q.........hope they can turn things around but their defense has a lot of missing pieces on the injury list so it may be a hard go.

Great comeback by Hamilton to win their Labor Day Classic 38 - 27 and remain the team with the best record in the CFL. Yee Haw Cats.
