Funny how burning plant matter is acceptable as a "renewable resource" but only if you call it bio-fuel. If I stoke my fireplace up I'm contributing to global warming, but if I refer to my fireplace as a bio-fuel facility, I'm nice and green.

I see the HQ for the World Banks have 6 countries listed, hardly worth mentioning right. The $50/bbl discount to the US for oil probably helps out low score except that has been going on a lot longer than 20 years.

there are many restrictions on wood stoves in many jurisdictions.
