The FBI is totally pissed with Trump after his shaming the FBI since his becoming president. It is very well possible that the FBI will fry the judge rather then go along with the Trump administration.
There is not enough time for a factual investigation of any type in regards to the 3 accusers. In order to show that they (the FBI) are professional and not like what Trump has painted them to be, their report must be final and clear. The report can not just muddy the water even more.
The simplest means or ways to appear professional with so little time to properly investigate is to destroy or is to impeach the guy's testimony and show where perjury occurred. I think that this is the route the FBI will take.

Dems get A+ for upsetting trumps applecart, 'leak' a 30 odd year old party encounter donated in trust to ms feinstein and swear the leaker is a mystery to them. FBI could take a lesson from dem hounds that unearthed and prompted their star witness to 'confess' to ms feinstein secure in the knowledge that her secret will be secure and she will never have to face political scrutiny. However even if the impossible does happen you will get plenty of media attention and be a #metoo star, how could she resist? Dems do not want a trump advocate on the sc and are staging a formidable challenge.

On the basis of the honesty, truth, and composure I saw demonstrated on Thursday, I personally support Senate confirmation to the United States Supreme Court of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.
After 30+ years of not only protecting her rapist from prosecution and allowing him to sit in judgement of others a little fib will not weigh heavily on her. Why you would support a nominee that shields a rapist from prosecution to the sc confounds.

The Democrats carefully and intentionally set him up in a smear campaign to destroy his reputation and his life, in a transparent attempt to prevent Republicans from elevating a man that would "protect and defend the constitution of the United States" to the SCOTUS.

I gather you have a lot of pent up frustration regarding the male species, OB. I'll tell you something. I have five sisters and six aunts. I went to a private all-female high school. I can attest to the fact that some females will lie for their own purposes. They will invent stories for their own purposes. They will deny their own culpability and lack of personal responsibility after putting themselves in situations where they may be vulnerable. They do drink and drug to excess then blame others for their own failings.
So as you rail against 'men' without thought or care that you are blaming an entire gender for the failings of some, be careful what might come back to bite you.
Who cares if Dr. Ford hasn't aged well? In my youth I used to look like Brad Pitt on crack...now sadly, I just look like crack.
