Something to be said for the Bomber D holding the Stumps to just a single TD in two quarters of football, pete.

It's tough to cheer on the Stamps but we need the Hoovers to lose with Classic next week and Banjo Bowl the week after we could knock them out of 3rd in the West and be just shy of the Esquimauxs

I am so torn........much as I would dearly love to see the Stumps lose this game, I know a win would be better for our team.
I hear ya. I just want what's best statistically and it's a Stumps win even if I favour the Hoovers.

Best I can do is not cheer against them. LOL I'm working hard at remaining neutral in spite of the fact that I'd like to see Matt have a good game after the booing he got in the last one.
That darn Hoover D is on fire, pete.............though I find the Stump offense to be rather subdued today.
Oh, I gather that is why he didn't seem all that bothered about the question in his pre-game interview.
Both these defenses are earning their salaries today. Well there you go.........that was a quick march downfield for the Stamps to put another 7 on the board ............and the lead for the first time in the game. A FG won't do it for the Bombers now.
The Lions will be tough tonight due to great coaching. Before the game Wally will gather the team and say things like, "ok, we gotta win tonight.. you know what you have to do.. lets go." Then he will stand with his arms folded on the sideline, chew the corner of his mouth and, viola, the Lions will be unstoppable. There just can't be an answer for it.
Found something out tonight. Devier Posey, the wideout who won a Grey Cup with the Argos last year, is now a Baltimore Raven. Well, for one more week. We'll see if he makes the cut-down.

Largely true, but I'm not sure a lifter isn't a dancer. Kinda hard to do a lift without them.
Still, your point is well taken. Considering that cheerleaders are basically acrobats or basically dancers, there's no reason not to have men doing the same thing women do. That's kinda what they do on Broadway.

We don't have the edge we did in last week's game.....BC is playing solid ball....but for three dropped - on target - balls, the score would be in BC's favor.

Our offense sucks...the D can't seem to contain Travis...if the Lions were playing any better this game would be out of sight.....for the Riders
