I don't know. Xi Jinping just did a speech a month or two ago praising Karl Marx. They recognize the importance right now of integrating themselves in a global system dominated by capitalism but also recognizing the unsustainability of capitalism in the long term.
There is an awful lot of projection going on here on the part of the right wing.
