Trudeau announces Amazon bringing 3,000 new tech jobs to Vancouver

Amazon has announced plans to expand its Vancouver tech hub and bring 3,000 jobs to the city.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was on hand for the announcement Monday morning.

"Canadians share your passion for invention and your commitment to excellence, and that's why we are excited to see Amazon grow here in Vancouver," Trudeau said.

The new headquarters will be at Canada Post's old base on West Georgia Street.

Hardly makes up the decimation of Canada's manufacturing sector. With a fall of 28% of industrial jobs over the last 10 years on top of the devastation that has be wrought since the onset of the WTO, NAFTA, TPP, CAFTA, EUTA and on. The jobs lost of secure well payed manufacturing jobs are being replaced by minimum wage service and retail work for the most part.

Only a bumbling, incompetent little fart like Justin would consider these scattered infusions of High Tech jobs, which have no chance of absorbing the legions thrown onto the social scrap heap, as a success. Justin has been a disaster in a sad legacy going back to 30 years of failed Prime Ministerships; all of whom have sandbagged their own futures with platinum plated pensions and corporate directorships.
