REALLY IS COLLAPSING- just as I said!
LIE-berals and their civil service union Hog allies are working hard to raise public anger at corporate CEO`s- the rich one percent of our country. But LIE-berals and Hogs DO NOT want to discuss just how many Hogs are one percent earners!
They do not want us to ask about former LIE-beral PM Jean Chretien who once told us he deserved to be paid as much as an NHL player- with the average salary that year of $5 million dollars! Chretien did not dare grab what he thought he was fully ENTITLED to- but HE DID DOUBLE his salary before being dumped from office!
They do not want us to ask about Ellen Clitheroe- former head of Ontari-owe Hydro who got a salary of close to half a million dollars and then so abused her expense account that she was FIRED- and walked away with a pension for life of $337 grand per year! That REALLY IS GRAND- for 3 years work as CEO!
Nor do they want us asking about Keiko Nakamura and her earnings! For every corporate CEO one percenter there are thousands or maybe even tens of thousands of civil service Hog one percenters! The problem is NOT with the salaries of corporate CEO`s- studies have shown they could work virtually for free and it would add only pennies to the pay packets of their workers- since there are so few CEO`s and so many workers. The true problem- which Hogs want to hide- is the reality of how many Sunshine List Hogs are bleeding us dry! Consider this one:

At a brief 10-minute press conference Monday afternoon at Goodwill’s nearly-empty warehouse, CEO Keiko Nakamura told the media she was “thinking about” the 430 employees who suddenly found themselves out of work due to an apparent cash flow crisis.
“I’m doing everything I can to bring clarity to this situation as soon as possible... I humbly ask for your patience during this tremendously difficult time,” she said, her eyes welling up with crocodile tears.
I say crocodile tears because almost five years ago to the day, I saw the same pathetic performance from the same woman who refused to concede that she — as CEO, making upwards of $220,000 — had anything to do with the spending abuses at Toronto Community Housing Corp. (TCHC) which were so ably revealed in a scathing report from then Auditor-General Jeff Griffiths — even though she was part of the executive team when the abuses occurred.
(In all truth- Sue-Ann Levy has documented that the spending abuses are CONTINUING at TCHC even though Nakamura is gone!)
At the time, she insisted she conducted herself “with complete integrity” and refused to resign, until forced out the door, to the self-righteous howls of indignation from leftist councillors, like Pam McConnell.
Nakamura walked out the door with a scandalous $320,000 severance package, revealed to me a year later by an incensed TCHC insider.
(Nice work if you can get it! A few years at $220 grand per year and then $320 grand severance- AND THEN she walks into Good Will offices!)
As often happens in the poverty industry — which tends to recycle the same questionably competent people for six-figure jobs — she landed on her feet a year later at Goodwill Industries, making virtually the same six-figure salary. She promptly seconded David Chu, son of Gordon Chu (who left TCHC just before the A-G’s report under heavy criticism for sole source deal from China) to work with her as vice-president of business services. Chu made $137,532 in 2014.
(Yeah- Nakamura and her closest cronies get SIX FIGURE PAY to run a CHARITY- selling stuff that the public has DONATED! And with the sales staff all challenged physically or mentally in some fashion and earning minimum wage! How could there be money troubles with that business model?)
So pardon me if I suggest Nakamura is a classic case of failing upwards, considering that only the 16 Goodwill stores, 10 donation centres and two offices managed by her — and not any other operations in Ontario or beyond — find themselves closed due to what she characterized as a business model with “low margins and increasing competition” in the retail space.
She also mentioned that their occupancy costs are higher than what Goodwill operations pay in areas not under her control.
Never mind that all the product sold is donated, salary costs accounted for twice the occupancy costs and her operations got more than $4-million in government funding in 2014.
(OH nice! AS I have always said: a LIE-beral could not run a hamburger stand at a profit- not even if you gave them the beef for free! Nakamura has EXCEEDED my expectations as she gets her stock for free AND gets govt grants as well!)
History has indeed repeated itself with Nakamura.
For one thing, like with TCHC, she has refused to resign, telling me when I asked that the board has given her “clear instructions” to “move forward” and she has a duty as CEO to do everything she can. When I suggested the board had resigned and weren’t in a position to run the show, she insisted they met and gave her “clear instructions ... on an intensive work plan.”
For someone who talked about “clarity,” she also refused to say whether she continues to collect her salary even though all other staff salaries were suspended as of last Saturday and severance payments are up in the air.
(With reports that the board has resigned and IS NOT BEING PAID- one wonders how clear board instructions to Nakamura might have been?)
She did say Goodwill’s cash problems did not crop up Sunday and it had come to a point where they realized they couldn’t cover their costs that easily. But before she could offer any further explanation, she was shooed away by a consultant from Brown&Cohen Communications, a firm run by well-known Liberal Howard Cohen.
I did not get an answer, either, to my question on how much Brown&Cohen is being paid to stage manage Nakamura.
(Oh those LIE-berals- do they not have a marvelous ability to COVER for each other?)

Axed as TCHC CEO: March, 2011
Salary in 2010 as CEO: $220,500 (25% increase)
Severance given by TCHC after she was axed: $320,000 (included her bonus for 2011.
(By my count she collected a MILLION DOLLARS in salary, bonus and severance from TCHC. Say 4 years at about $150 grand and that 25 percent raise to $220 grand, plus the $320 grand severance- the numbers for the 4 years salary are an educated guess-rounded off and it all adds up to more than a million dollars in 5 years for running the biggest slum lord apartment operation in Canada! And then she is fired in disgrace!)
Hired as CEO of Goodwill Industries for Toronto, Eastern, Central and Northern Ontario: Spring of 2012
an education allowance- (amount not mentioned)
Salary in 2012: $217,348
Salary in 2014: $230,538 -a 6% increase despite cash flow issues
(So in 5 years with TCHC she got over a $ million and then came up with another $445 grand at Good Will- while driving BOTH operations DEEP into the red! LIE-berals are not like other people- they have no sense of shame and we cannot afford them!)
(I do hope people wake up to this before the 2018 election in Ontari-owe because if LIE-berals manage to cling to power we will be looking at an un-paralleled financial blood bath as they seek to fulfill all their spending promises to their civil service Hog allies!)

Thank you for the encouragement but perhaps we should both be complimenting Toronto Sun and reporter Sue Ann Levy for her dogged determination to expose LIE-beral malfeasance!
In related news a Toronto District School Board Trustee has been sent home for a time- to sulk on full pay for publicly calling Levy a bitch and Dyke at a board meeting. Levy is of course gay and isn't it nice our LIE-beral minded and oh so politically correct elected officials will turn to such names as Dyke whenever their gravy train entitlements are threatened!
AS for The Sun- they routinely donate $30,000.00 in prize money to Ontari-owe colleges and universities to be given to star journalism students as encouragement- and teachers are happy to hand out the money - but teachers are also adamant that any student who uses The Sun as a reference for anything in class will be failed! This is the Fascism of our times- that LIE-berals will insist on careful editing of the truth and will too often INSIST that privacy laws ought to cover their activity!
Such disgracefully self serving LIE-beral policy ought to be banned!

(There is the heart of the madness- that rural Cdns feel like victims of prowling drunken or drugged up thieves looking for stuff to steal- and LIE-berals blame \cdns for defending themselves!)
OKOTOKS — Friday morning, 200 and more show up at the local courthouse.
They stand outside waiting for Eddie Maurice.
They stand outside as Eddie makes his ever-so-brief court appearance. They stand outside to applaud and cheer and offer words of encouragement to Eddie as he leaves the courthouse.
(It is appropriate that any time a person gets shot, we SHOULD have a legal inquiry into the how and why of the shooting! However- in light of the number of drugged up natives doing the prowling and thieving it was hugely unwise for Our idiot Boy Justin to have expressed frustration at the jury verdict brought in by the Coulton Boushie case! In fact I say that Our idiot Boy ought to be arrested- under the laws of his very own Human Rights- but too often Wrong- Kangaroo Court- for HATE CRIME against white people! His hostility to rural Cdns who are sick of worrying about being robbed every time they have to leave home for work is bigoted in the extreme! )
A very few wave signs. Most just stand there in their anger and frustration, abandoned by the authorities, seeing bad guys treated better than good guys, thinking they could have been in Eddie’s boots.
(One has only to think of the owner of the Toronto Lucky Moose Market who was threatened by LIE-berals with jail time for “assaulting” the drug addict he had caught dozens of times on security video- stealing from his market- with the drug addict/thief being given immunity from prosecution for his thefts in exchange for testifying against Lucky Moose owner! The drug addict with 76 previous criminal charges against him got treated with greater respect by the law than the sober tax payer and market owner!)
They’re standing up for a man much like them and a family much like theirs, now in a world of hurt.
This story isn’t going away. Eddie comes back to court April 6.

In related news- farmer Gerald Stanley- the guy recently acquitted of a murder charge in the death of thief Coulton Boushie still faces charges of careless storage of a firearm! This in SPITE of leaked news that there was a loaded rifle with a sawed off stock in the car with Boushie and his thieving friends! The lawyer points out to us how Eddie and his wife have never been involved with this court stuff and then she echoes the views of the 200 and more.
“This is an unfortunate and unfair position they’ve been placed in.”
It’s reported one early morning two people were going through vehicles on Eddie’s property. He confronted them. Shots were fired, one guy was hit in the arm.
Eddie faces three charges, not small stuff. If he’s found guilty, he could face jail time.
When Eddie walks into the small, packed courtroom with his young daughter in his arms he looks like an unassuming young family man. He doesn’t look like a guy itching for a fight or someone who ever wanted to have TV cameras pointed his way.
Eddie is quiet, says not a word, this man who has had his life turned upside down.
“We don’t look at him as a criminal,” says Cory Morgan, one of the organizers of this rally of the 200 and more.
“We understand he’s just another person like ourselves who finds himself in a terrible circumstance. Eddie’s a victim.”
Rick doesn’t give his last name. He’s just Rick. He lives on five acres 10 minutes away. Scumbags hit his place twice, taking guns, power tools, chainsaws.
“It could be the same guys who robbed this guy,” he says.
Travis Dunne, a family friend, has set up a trust account for Eddie’s legal and other expenses in these trying times. Donations can be made at any TD branch, account number 8079-6142303. Money is coming in steady.
“His children don’t deserve any hardship because their dad was protecting them,” says Dunne.
Garth Pritchard was in the news game in the good old days and has shot films in combat zones like Bosnia and Afghanistan.
He’s seen ugly and he doesn’t like what he’s seeing east of Calgary in the hamlet of Carseland, where he lives.
“We’re under siege,” he says.
Pritchard talks of steel bars on windows and across the fronts of buildings so pukes can’t back a truck through the door.
He sums up what’s being said by a lot of people in a lot of places.
“Sooner or later somebody is going to confront the bad guy and the good guy is going to get shot. When that happens, I don’t know. But it will happen.
“Now they get a slap on the pee-pee when they caught, if they get caught. They take what they want, when they want and then put it on Kijiji and sell it.”
(IN 1980, a car thief high on speed tried to steal a car at the apartment complex where I lived- TWO BLOCKS FROM A POLICE STATION- and it took FORTY MINUTES for a couple of cops to make the trip! And when the matter was plea bargained into nothing- the knife the addict was carrying was registered in court as belonging to the car owner! As if the thief had been threatened with that knife instead of the other way around! Just another little dirty deal done in favour of a speed freak with a knife and a crap attitude! So much for LIE-beral justice in the big city! One has to wonder how bad it is out in the country where distances are greater and population is much lower- with fewer eyes to witness? No wonder farmers are worried! )
Pritchard says they all can feel for Eddie Maurice.
“We’re out here with nobody but us and we know the system has now turned on us. Justice is no longer blind and equal. Years of the bad guys getting a free lawyer and you having to pay one when you’re the victim has done that.”

No politicians seem to be around this Friday morning, nobody from the provincial or federal scene.
(It is logical that no politician should show at such a time- one would not wish to be accused of trying to “influence the court”! But we can only HOPE that after the trial- then some of our “leaders” might show a LITTLE sense of fair play in this- rather than ripping an honest jury verdict like Our idiot Boy did?)
That fact is pointed out by more than one of the 200 and more.

Three hours away, the Notley NDP government announces 39 new cops, more prosecutors and shifting some of the police paperwork to civilians so the cops can spend more time with their boots on the ground.
(That`s nice- meaningless political NON response- REAL jail time and REAL punishment for drug addled goofs might help!)
United Conservative leader Jason Kenney says people have “every right to be angry and frustrated.”
“The system is failing them,” he says.
Yes, the system. That system.
It is true Eddie Maurice will soon be on trial.
But for the people standing outside this Friday morning, and for so many more throughout the Alberta countryside, it’s the system that’s on trial, in the court of public opinion.
