And where does the money come from? Science rarely generates income unless there is a product to market and that requires industry. Just the concrete and steel used to build this "green" city make a joke of the whole thing.
Did you know there is an eco fee on conctete?

I would love to see the same concept in Canada, but sorta an enclosed city within a huge pyramid.



Side of the pyramid and be solar, pointing a corner to the south, it would expose 2 sides to the east, west and south for optimum solar exposure.

Have you been to a hospital in the USA and have the pleasure of paying the Medical bill.

Nope. But I pay for lots of other people's medical bills in BC.

The enclosed city might not be a bad idea. Keep the riff raff in and easy to tax. Should be easy to heat. I doubt if it is economically feasible though.
