If one equates an assuredly racist incident in a private venue with laws in sixteen states making racial discrimination not permissible, but mandatory, and enforcing them with agents of the state with guns, clubs, dogs, fire hoses, jails, and laws making it a crime to be a decent human being.

It's interesting. You claim that for blacks in America, there is no discrimination worth worrying about because the discriminatory laws have been repealed. Presumably there is therefore no discrimination worth worrying about in Canada because there are no laws targetting whites.
