It is not 'synthetic heroin, it is heroin straight from Afghanistan.

The opioid epidemic is not drugs coming from Mexico. See photo above for location it comes from.

Any questions???

I'm not sure what you are trying to say with that claim but the Opiod problem is not singularly a Fentanyl problem but people thinking they are buying other drugs are instead being sold Fentanyl so that the dealers can make more profit. It's a Capitalist thing, profit first. In
case you did not know, Fentanyl has long been used as a large animal tranquilizer.

And yes, the poppy fields over there were back in business just shortly after the invasion started. The Americans figured better to keep these guys happy rather than fighting us......

Examples of opioids include:

  • oxycodone
  • morphine
  • hydromorphone
  • fentanyl
  • codeine

Fentanyl (also known as fentanil) is a potent, synthetic opioid pain medication with a rapid onset and short duration of action.
It is a potent agonist at the μ-opioid receptors. Fentanyl is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine

Fentanyl was first made by Paul Janssen in 1960, following the medical inception of pethidine (also known as meperidine, marketed as Demerol) several years earlier. Janssen developed fentanyl by assaying analogues of the structurally related drug pethidine for opioid activity. The widespread use of fentanyl triggered the production of fentanyl citrate (the salt formed by combining fentanyl and citric acid in a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio which entered medical use as a general anaesthetic under the trade name Sublimaze in the 1960s.

My understanding is that most of the fentanyl and carfentanyl we are seeing comes from CHina. We now carry Nalaxone on the firetrucks as much for our own protection as for rescuing an OD.

that's what I'd heard as well and that in China it's legal.

The problem is not the drug, but the not knowing they're doing that drug, except for maybe carfentanyl, which is ridiculously strong.

The weird thing is that those addicted would still buy those, but wouldn't od. They just have to know what they're taking.

Considering who has had control of the Afghan opium what do you think the CIA do with theirs?? Bury it with OBL perhaps. I though this crew was able to see through lies and deceptions.

That is 8,000 tons at $200/g = 8000t= 8000000000g = $1,600,000,000,000/year Still think the CIA isn't neck deep and it also shows who they actually serve or does that have to be spelled out also?? Why use 'synthetic' when the natural stuff is more than available.

Opium from China goes to Mexico where it is mixed with heroin from Afghanistan. Mexico cannot produce heroin, it grows pot and even the cocaine has to come from South America. (1:20)
