Not a huge surprise. I wonder if they will put up Trump statues after he gets the military out in record time. BL said the UK would be willing to take over the heroin empire for the US.
Is 'the Donald' going to make pot legal with a retro active pardon for anybody with a criminal record over it?

Trump's pick for national security advisor, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. This guy's as bent as a two penny nail. His involvement in the attempted coup of Turkey's Recep Erdogan tells you all you need to know:

Flynn has feted (link is external) Russian propaganda efforts alongside President Vladimir Putin; offered initial support for the attempted July coup against Turkey’s president — before changing his position (link is external) after being hired as a lobbyist for an Ankara-linked outfit — and has described the United States and the West as participants in an apocalyptic clash with Islam, which he has called “a cancer.”

On the same day the Turkish military was launching its failed coup against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Flynn praised the putsch in a July 15 speech. The Turkish military, Flynn said he wanted to build a “secular nation,” in contrast to Erdogan’s Islamist tendencies. As the crowd began to applaud, Flynn chimed in: “That is worth clapping for.”

Flynn described Erdogan as “actually very close” to U.S. President Barack Obama, whose administration quickly sided with the sitting government against the putschists. By vaguely backing the Turkish generals behind the coup, and neglecting to offer support for Erdogan’s democratically-elected government, Flynn challenged a bulwark of the Obama administration’s Middle East diplomacy, and left a NATO ally hanging.

But by a few months later, Flynn had changed his tune. In an Election Day op-ed (link is external), Flynn urged the United States to lend more support to Erdogan’s government and to surrender to its top demand: the extradition of its chief political rival, Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen, who lives in Pennsylvania.

...The change of heart may be explained by Flynn’s business interests. In September, Dutch firm Inovo BV, which has apparent ties to the Erdogan government, hired Flynn’s consulting company, Flynn Intel Group. Flynn founded the Virginia-based lobbying and consulting firm after retiring from the Army in 2014.

For the US to be so involved then something smells in that they and Turkey are operating together quite nicely in Syria and Iraq. I wonder if Turkey lost anybody in that strike by Russia that got some Mossad members and military advisor from a few Nations. Why would Turkey be trying to buy S-400 systems??

More bad news and just after ISIS reinforcements arrived from Mosul.

In Major Blow, Syria Rebels Lose all of Northeast Aleppo — Naharnet

With an amnesty deal on the table why not just surrender and if war is your thing fight with Assad and get a paycheck before the war ends and a future to do the same in the rebuilding phase. Special consideration to men who have more than 1 wife and more than 20 children who are not related as shown by DNA tests. When they reach voting age the State helps them start a small business.

Some activated oils are better applied externally. I thought you were the expert on these things? That it is something that is being rediscovered means it was known and then buried and an alternative replaced it. That is the money trail rather than cure ratio.

I'm thinking of using LudLowLife as a new patient zero, any suggestion that would send him over the same edge I went over. The only think I can think of is sending him out on some mission into the desert but he would need a wheelbarrow full of water and I doubt he would last the duration.

Something for the couch that has a subliminal soundtrack that would suggest something (How are you feeling?) and then the preferred visual answer flashing on the screen. (Fantastic in bold high-contrast flashing lettering and no sound) That way we can monitor him for signs of life.

Modern version of reap what you sow yields a steady harvest for the military complex, pity the next target for planting.

This will be welcome news in Damascus and Moscow, not so much in DC and Jerusalem.
PressTV-UN passes resolution urging Israel to exit Golan
The United Nations General Assembly has once again passed a resolution calling on Israel to withdraw from Syria’s Golan Heights, territory that the Tel Aviv regime has occupied since 1967.
The assembly adopted the resolution, which had been proposed by 37 countries, by an overwhelming majority on November 30.
The resolution also condemned Israel’s non-compliance to the Security Council Resolution 497 since 1981 until now, describing as null and void Tel Aviv’s decision issued on December 14, 1981 to impose its control over the occupied Golan Heights.
The UNGA also reemphasized the basic principle of inadmissibility of the acquisition of territories by force based on the international law and the UN Charter.
The resolution stressed that the Geneva Conventions on the protection of civilian individuals in time of war apply in the occupied Golan Heights.
Many of the states participating in the session also denounced the Israeli practices in the occupied region.

Syria urges NE Aleppo Residents to return Home

They should time-lapse the recovery.

Street cleaners would be the biggest employer so that would be something the locals would gladly do. With Russia being the General Contractor it is good to see that the American President he likes best just happens to be an expert at turning piles of rubble into modern developments. Can you imagine the plans Donald could come up with and the implementation of turning them into reality. Canada is wise in pipeline construction and the needs of the locals are taken into account wile the US side thinks the line has the right of way over the people living on the land. 4 years from now they will have accomplished what the previous 'owners' couldn't do in 30 years. All in HD too.

The remaining armed groups in Eastern Aleppo have asked the Syrian Army's leadership to let them leave the city and head toward Idlib, a source told RIA Novosti.

"The militants asked the Syrian Army through intermediaries to give them a corridor so that they could leave Eastern Aleppo with arms and head to Idlib," the source said. The source stressed that the request is still being considered by the Syrian army commanders in the area. Earlier in the day, Russia's deputy foreign minister has confirmed that an arrangement had been achieved. Meanwhile, a Turkish army source told Reuters that Moscow and Ankara will be the guarantors of the agreement for the militants to leave. He said the militants will be allowed to carry light arms and that the evacuation will start on Tuesday night.

The refugee thing should take Putin's lead as far as what should be done with the displaced people and the rebels (former rebels) can choose another option, perhaps that big tent city in Saudi that is empty at the moment.

Rebels Say Deal Reached to Evacuate Aleppo 'within Hours' — Naharnet
Civilians and opposition fighters will start evacuating east Aleppo "within hours" under a deal with Syria's regime, a rebel official said Tuesday, as global outrage mounted over reports of atrocities including summary executions.
Yasser al-Youssef from the political office of the key Nurredin al-Zinki group told AFP the deal with President Bashar Assad's regime was being "sponsored" by Russia and Turkey.
"An agreement has been reached," Youssef said. "The first stage will be the evacuation of civilians and wounded, within hours, and afterwards fighters will leave with their light weapons."
Those leaving will be allowed to travel to other rebel-held territory in the west of Aleppo province or neighboring Idlib province, he said.
A source in the powerful Ahrar al-Sham rebel group confirmed the deal and its details.

Russia isn't taking in Syrian refugees, they are promoting that they go to the areas in Syria that have been cleaned of rebel forces.

They already had as much freedom as they were allowed. This was an attempt to exterminate them and steal the land. It isn't the first war that has been fought over material things but it might be close to the last for this century..
