Northern Ontario,
Petros thinks you need to spend money to get a tax credit. There are lots of silly, ignorant individuals on this forum
You're so silly.....you have to earn money and have tax payable to get a tax credit .....for the subsidy you don't!

Think of it as an investment. R&D will never get cheaper than during a slump. Crop diversity migh be something Canada could be looking at if early snow is affecting harvest yields if grain crops. As far as I know frost on a hemp plant helps loosen the fibers from the pulp. You might even be able to harvest it in the spring with no loss in quality and the seeds would already be on the ground so seeding would not be needed.

Debt is fine if it's internal and you have a good debt to GDP ratio.

How dose one get to the point when debt to GDP ratio is no longer good?

GDP falls.
Took to much debt.

Doing any of those things are bad.

If you argue taking on debt to boost GDP, Then maybe you have a argument. Otherwise your just a retard.

GDP to debt ratio doesn't take social goodies into account especially when there are more goodies than revenue.

Greater than 80% Debt to GDP is when you have to start exercising caution.

I am talking about debt that was used to fund your own national endeavours and not to reimburse creditors from other countries.

This is why Japan has a successful economy while Greece does not even though Japan has more debt.

I suggest that you start to use your credit card on financial endeavours at a rate faster than you can pay down you card. Then get back to us and tell us how great you are doing.

A display of political courage could ease the wage earners burden of covering governments luv affair with credit card budgets however politicians are loathe to reach into deep pockets when joe and jane average are such easy pickings. Who ever witnessed a political outfit daring enough to plug gaping loop holes in tax legislation, nice to mention around elections but very soon forgotten.
