Sad. She appeared to have been a beautiful, free spirited soul, who obviously loved life. The world has become sad, dark and full of hatred. I've known (including myself) countless people who've gone back-packing all over the world, and have returned better people and much more accepting (this latter one is changing). If my kids should tell me they are going travelling alone, I would be terrified.

I worried when my baby girl went to Europe a few years ago. Thankfully there were no problems and she had the time of her life.
