Thanks Spaminator

Our old cookware was getting old (forty years at least) We looked for a Canadian brand.....Paderno was the only one.

They need a French's Ketchup exposure.....

We've had our Paderno cook ware for over six months now and no complaints. The stuff
has a twenty five year warranty so I won't worry too much.....

oooops
wrong pots thread
my bad

but seriously yokes:
Certainly well made, but I don't like the big honkin rivets on the cooking surface...
the are gunge collectors

at least for frying pans, give me cast iron seasoned with Lard

Vancouver-by-the-Sea
So that's why that brand is always marked down in Canada.

Anyway I need new pans but there's no way I'm paying for one of those useless full sets of cookware half of which is rarely used.

We've used our Paderno pots and pans for six or seven months now and we couldn't be happier.

I've pretty much stopped using my big old cast iron pan-too heavy & clumsy.

There's a smaller one I use for toasting spices and a few specialty dishes but that's it for CI in my kitchen the cheap tin wok rules/ always has.

When we were married back in the mid sixties We were given a set of Revereware, copper bottom pots and pans. Those pots and pans are pretty much worn out now. The new Paderno pans are all stainless Steel.....The pot bottoms are multiple layered stainless steel and once you've used them, you wouldn't want anything else.
