Beck has some serious mental issues. Perhaps his family should help him to seek some sort of professional help.I can think of a few more, Lud.
Looney tunes, nutso, brain-dead, floridly psychotic, deranged.....
6 of one, Half a dozen of the other.
Just a few months ago Hillary was on the top now Bern has all the momentum .just a few months ago, Jeb Bush was at the top - then Trump - now Cruz has the momentum
amazing how GOP partisan politics changes with the tide, obviously because it is all based on emotionalism and expediency, not on any form of principle
That is correct. There's not even any need for primary elections, or even for a general election. The state legislature can just appoint the electors. Each state picks its delegates in its own way; as it should be.

Originally state assemblies chose US Senators, but I was talking about delegates not electors, but you knew that cuz yer a lawyer. That is correct. There's not even any need for primary elections, or even for a general election. The state legislature can just appoint the electors.
"Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector."
U.S. Const., Art. II, sec. 1, cl. 2 (emphasis mine).
Also correct.Originally state assemblies chose US Senators.
That is an amendment that needs to be repealed. Also correct.
"The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, chosen by the legislature thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote."
U.S. Const., Art. I, sec. 3, cl. 1.
It was changed to direct election by the people by the Seventeenth Amendment in 1913.
Good luck with that. That is an amendment that needs to be repealed.
It's what article V is all about, particularly the bolded part.Good luck with that.
