Bush is out of the race so is no longer the establishment candidate .
Your grand proclamations would hold more weight if you actually kept up .

DG has always been behind on current events. His predictions are that the Democrats will always win and the GOP will always lose.

I respect your position for yourself, but one doesn't really know until a president is in office and
begins to lead the country, so if I were a u.s. citizen I would follow those democrats closely and
then cast my vote,

Which of course would be cast for a Democrat each and every time regardless.

The next US president will be in charge of the worst militarconomic catastrophy ever.

Whoever president may be, he will be the same as others; it seems: the president does not change the policy neither he may do an act of his own.
There is a program and any president will follow that program planned beforehand. This is my impression, and God is the All-Knowing.

yes, the republican party doesn't have anything in their plans that include anything I wish for.

that is the right of a democratic system, but there probably should be about 4 different parties, and not just two who just take the opposite of whatever the other side thinks, same in Canada.

nothing for the good of the people, just the 'other' side, but we are all stuck with that, have to
pick the one where we fit in, even if it is just a little bit, the only power we have is our vote.

I am a registered democrat and I would not consider any of the candidates. Nor would I consider any of the republican candidates. So to me, it doesn't matter. Some close to me say vote for the lesser of two evils. Naw,,I'm not going for more or less. If that makes me wrong then I'm wrong. My vote wouldn't amount to a hill of beans anyway.

but that could change over time, if enough democrats voted, unless of course you are in one of the

totally religious states, then you are hooped.

We have the electoral process. If you live in a traditional conservative state , or liberal, chances of your vote meaning anything if it is contrary to that tradition is nil. I live in a conservative state, Case closed.
I thought the same about Alberta. It shows anything is possible.

The don't think the same old program will work this time. Formerly the USA was a superpower now it no longer has military superiority and international sympathies are changing accordingly. It may be hard to see the blood but the hounds can smell it. Planning has proved to be a trainwreck recently. Many nations see the oportunity to shed American shackles, even if it's just a trade. I hope it's a smooth transition back to democracy for Americans.

Hopefully Mad magazine's poster boy Alfred E. Newman. No doubt he is more articulate than the field of candidates I see.

You got that right!

That is pretty much how Liberals and Democrats vote.
