We have the damn things too in BC and want to bet they will be a billion dollar
boondoggle? To start with there should be no time of use billing at all. The
companies want us to do our laundry and what have you in off hours Not for
the environment they want to sell more power in prime time to foreign neighbours.
I believe Saskatchewan got rid of them some time ago at least they were talking
about it. Politicians should feel the wrath of consumers sooner the better

Explain how no fraud has taken place and why charges are necessary to seek justice.

I haven't said no fraud has occurred nor have I said charges are required. You claimed that fraud has occurred yet you've provided no proof, little evidence and won't call the authorities. To top it off, you don't seem to understand what a class action suit is or isn't. You're talking out your a$$ again.

You're high again tonight aren't you?

Riiiiight. Something for nothing eh because of volunteer fire fighters. You already admitted it wasn't something for nothing.

We're you drunk when admitting and don't recall?

Sorry to embarrass your silly, drunken, podunk, tumbleweed ***.

I'll except your apology in the unlikely event that you ever manage to embarrass me. For the time being though, let's focus on this silly idea that the ombudsman has proof of fraud and the police have failed to lay charges. I know the question causes you trouble but I'm going to ask it again. Do you think the cops are incompetent or crooked? A secondary question would be, are you too high to understand the primary question?

Sober the f-ck up.

It's silly the ombudsman says fraud?

It's silly hydro one let this gone on for years and admitted to letting it go on for years?

Ontario Ombudsman Andre Marin released a scathing report in May into the billing practices of Hydro One that said the company, which is wholly owned by the government of Ontario, sent faulty bills to 100,000 customers, tried to cover up the issues and spent $88.3 million dollars trying to fix the problem

Fraud..

Do they have to?

Are they obligated?

I know you're embarrassed. The ombudsman didn't say there was fraud. The police were asked to investigate and didn't lay fraud charges. Apparently they didn't realize they should have talked to some know-it-all farm labourer at Canadian Content.

Called who and why?

The cops or the ombudsman. Clearly they don't see the fraud you do. I'm sure they would have loved to hear your opinion on the matter though. If nothing else, it would have made for very entertaining (and hilarious) discussions around the water cooler.
