Perhaps you should research how Confucianist cultures regard Ladies. Much older philosophy and religion than Islam
Goddesses were worshiped and not the Gods of war until the Bronze Age.
The Daly Lama said that in the past, some of the Daly Lama's were women and that he thinks the world should be led by women because they are more compassionate. I tend to agree with him although some men can match the compassion of women.
That is said in a general way because no one gender has a monopoly on compassion.

Morality should be what leads religion. Not some absentee immoral God.
Strangely, the Jews and Gnostic Christians were on there way to that when Christianity reversed much of what the Jews believed and before Christianity decided to decimate my founders, the Gnostic Christians.
